On January 1, 2018 Anita and I began our “Next Great Adventure” as I became the pastor of Port Williams United Baptist Church in Port Williams, NS. Yes, that is in Canada! A big change for people who had lived the preceding 30 years in SC!
But we have loved it! That old joke about Canadians being nice? It’s not a joke! We have been loved and cared for, and yes even laughed at! “He’s the one with the funny accent!” We have been overwhelmed with the beauty of our new home.
Here are a few, just a few pictures from our first year in Nova Scotia! I’ve included some of friends who have come to visit, so WHEN you come to see us I will include you in next year’s remembering!
