I am sure, even in this age, you received a lot of Christmas cards. We did! From people who had to send them a bit after Halloween to make sure they would arrive. And we have loved everyone of them! Especially those with pictures of children who are now all grown up!
We received some with beautiful snow pictures (like we never see snow here!). Some with scenes of the manger, of the visit by the Wise Men. But I can assure you that we didn’t, have never received a Christmas Card with this picture of the Christmas story!
No! This story doesn’t fit our Instagram faith. But it is a part of the Jesus story, which means it is a part of our story. We venture into it today.
