This site is called “Preaching on the Border.” It was begun as I made the transition to Nova Scotia, crossing a national border, being in a new place.
Kernersville Moravian Church
Today was another crossing. I began a tenure as the Bridge Pastor at Kernersville Moravian Church. For the first time in my professional life I am stepping outside the “Baptist World.” I am grateful for this opportunity to serve and to grow.
We just arrived in Kernersville on Thursday evening. Friday was spent unloading boxes, trying to put our house back together, and so in all honesty I re-did a sermon. It seemed however an important introduction, and a reminder to me of what I believe.
