This is Stare Up in the Sky Sunday!
Well, that is not the correct liturgical name. Formally it is called Ascension Sunday. It is the day that Jesus left the earth and left the disciples, and us, with the question, “Now What?”
What do we do when Jesus is no longer with us, when the world we have know for so long is gone? What do we do when our world is changed?
One option is to just stare up in the sky, but maybe there might be something more life giving ahead!
