The Acts of an Easter People: Compassionate Sharing

Easter is over.

So how do we live? What does it mean to be Easter people? How is the church to live out the high calling of Christ?

Today we begin a new series entitled, The Acts of an Easter People. Over the next few weeks we will be looking at the attributes we discover in the early church recorded in Acts. How can we incarnate those in our lives?

Appropriately enough, today we begin with Compassionate Sharing. On the anniversary of the horrific shooting in Colchester County, in the aftermath of another weeks of mass shootings in the US, on the day after the funeral of Prince Phillip we do need compassion. And we can live that out by sharing what we have.

What might you share this week?
