It is being called The Great Resignation, as many people are deciding that they just don’t want to go back to their pre-covid job. Perhaps they have grown comfortable with sweatpants, and no commute. Perhaps the work-life balance has tilted in another direction. For whatever reason people are starting to ask the question, “Do I want this job?”
How do we answer when we toss in our faith as well? What does our faith have to do with our vocation? Vocation—not necessarily as our job, what we do to make money, but our calling, that which nourishes our soul?
Are we willing to step outside what is rational, reasonable, to ”risk something big for something good?”
